LEADER EX '25 FAQ
1. What is the difference between each conference experience? Lead Pastor Experience for CE Lead Pastors, Senior Leadership Team and Mission Support. Premium Experience for those who would like to attend day sessions. The Night Session Experience takes place on Monday and Tuesday evenings for anyone who wants to attend.
2. What is the price to attend? Lead Pastor Experience are covered through Mission Support. CE Leaders or other attendees $75. Night Session Experiences are free for everyone.
3. Is there a deadline to register? Not at this time. We’d love to hear from you for planning purposes so fill out this short form as soon as you know you’re attending!
4. Can I bring my family to attend the day time teaching events? If you are registered for the Lead Pastor or Premium Experience child care is provided in an engaging environment, food, and activities lead by our wonderful Kid Experience leaders.
5. Can I bring my family to the evening rally on February 24th & 25th? Absolutely! We would love for your spouse and children to attend the rally each night of the conference. There will be child care for up to 12 years old with fun activities or they are welcome to attend the evening service with you. Just check in at the Kid Experience station to the left of the auditorium upon arrival and our KE leaders will make sure they have a wonderful night.
6. Will there be lodging accommodations? We currently have a room block at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clearwater located at 2580 Gulf to Bay Blvd., Clearwater, FL 33765. Rooms are available for our group at $209 per night plus taxes. If you need hotel accommodations please contact shannonloburk@churchexperience.tv to be added to the rooming list before January 24th. Limited rooms available.
7. What is the best airport to fly into for the conference? Tampa International Airport is located about 30 minutes from Church Experience and St. Pete/Clearwater Airport is located about 20 minutes from Church Experience, located at 1400 San Christopher Dr, Dunedin, FL.
8. Is there transportation offered from the airport or hotel? There is not a shuttle service for either. Lyft and Uber run from each location.
